1. Tech Week Podcast

2. Podcast Bookings

Submitting or confirming a booking reserves a recording time subject to availability.

We may contact you regarding your booking through the contact information you provide.

We may adjust or cancel recording times when reasonably necessary due to scheduling, technical, operational, or event-related circumstances.

If your schedule changes, please notify us as soon as possible.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

Tech Week Podcast offers an optional SMS messaging program for podcast guests.

If you affirmatively opt in, you may receive text messages relating to:

• Booking confirmations
• Recording reminders
• Scheduling changes
• Arrival information
• Location or logistical updates
• Other information directly related to your scheduled podcast recording

Message frequency: Typically up to 4 messages per podcast booking, with additional messages possible when necessary for scheduling or booking-related communication.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or participating in the Tech Week Podcast.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

You may request assistance by replying HELP.

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe request.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Availability of SMS service may vary by carrier and mobile network.

4. SMS Consent

By selecting the SMS consent checkbox or otherwise expressly opting in, you authorize Tech Week Podcast to send text messages to the mobile number you provided for the purposes described above.
